Delivery
Purchased items will be dispatched on the same working day if ordered prior to 12.30 PM and next working day otherwise. Working days are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700.

Refunds
Unused and undamaged items are eligible for a refund if returned to Oelheld Uk Ltd. within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are restricted to the individual item cost plus V.A.T. Postage and package (including return postage) are non refundable.
