Heavy machining application on a horizontal machining centre. This video shows the rigidty of the 9000 System and its ability to securely hold a large workpiece on machines with the capability of taking deep cuts with large cutters. Notice the minimal vibration (shown by the loose chippings on top of the workpiece) during even the heaviest machining.

System 9000

Simultananeous 5 axis machining application. This video is showing the versatility of the 9000 System for a wide variety of applications. The zero point system allows quick workpiece change over whilst still maintaining a cutting area free of clamps and pnuematic hose - especially important when machining with all 5 axis.
